hi there, my name is mathilda.
I'm 28 years old, a Taurus, and based in North Dallas. While I was born and raised in Singapore, I've spent over a decade living here in the US. I can't pinpoint the exact moment I decided to attach my hand to a camera, but I can tell you it started from a very early age. From begging to bring the camera on school field trips, to taking my friends' senior photos in high school to save for college, I will definitely admit that I am my most comfortable self behind the lens. That's not to say that you won't find me in front of the camera sometimes if you're looking at my social media accounts, but it is to say that I will always work my hardest to get you the shot.
When I'm not shooting a session or a wedding, I'm usually buried behind a computer screen with any free time I have. As a first time mom to a one year old, those blocks of time are few and far between. If I can't watch the latest release in romance TV and movies, or kick my feet up with a new book, it's usually because I'm running after my child. I wouldn't trade it for the world! Being able to be a mom who works from home and managing my own schedule is a huge privilege that I do not take for granted.
